Service Description

Training Starts @ 6 A.M. Classes: Mon-Fri Mile Run: 2-3 miles Starting your day early with a workout that boosts your mood by releasing endorphins, reducing stress, and gives you a sense of accomplishment before most people are even awake. That momentum often carries into better focus and productivity during the day. This is group training is designed to help you look, feel, and move better through a balanced approach. Cardio and muscle tone training work together to improve overall fitness. Cardio strengthens your heart and burns calories, boosting energy, endurance, and long-term health. Muscle tone training builds lean, defined muscle, which increases metabolism, supports your joints, and enhances your physique. Core training is also a key component of this program. A strong core improves balance, stability, and posture while supporting nearly every movement your body makes. It plays a crucial role in running by enhancing efficiency, reducing fatigue, and helping prevent injury. In addition, core work contributes to a more toned, sculpted midsection, tying together strength and aesthetics. Together, these elements create a well-rounded program—helping you lose fat, build strength, improve performance, and develop a strong, athletic look without feeling bulky.

Cancellation Policy

All sales and deposits are final. All cancellations for scheduled appointments require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours hinders the flow of business and will forfeit deposits paid. No refunds Rescheduling follows the cancellation policy above. All persons are responsible for notifying your massage therapist of any flu symptoms, mild or major colds, disease, etc. that is transferable to another person in advance before your appointment date. Your massage therapist has the right to refuse and reschedule any service due to health risk factors no matter how minor. Any symptoms of consistent coughing, sneezing, runny nose, fever symptoms, etc. leading up to your scheduled appointment you are advised to call and notify your massage therapist as soon as possible to reschedule 2 weeks or more from the initial appointment date.
